Did you checked your collision guide? maybe your collision object is too low res that it has some holes. make a sdf inside sop and introduce to you static object as proxy volume and set the mode to volume sample.

I don't know that what do you want the velocity do for generating particles. I guess assume you want more particles from point with higher velocity. So this is what I would do:
pointvop (bind v length to speed attr) + pointreplicate (generate from attr on and speed attr in it)
and also a volume from velocity to use as particle advect by volume source.

the cloud sop doesn't works on open geometries, you should close your geo maybe by extruding the bounding edges down and a cap sop.

You should upload your scene for debugging. but maybe your height of torus is not enough to produce sufficient amount of impact force. you can increase your torus density too and decrease your min impact value on Voronoi fracture configure object. I uploaded a test scene too.

i wanna creat rock style in houdini
and can see my pivot not center how to move to center ??
I didn't understand what is your question exactly but there's some various ways for creating procedural rocks in Houdini.
- primitive sops (grids or box or sphere) + mountain sop
- primitive sops + point vop and some noise in it
- primitives + cloud sop + cloud noise + convert VDB sop (my favorite)
maybe others can offer more
and for your pivot problem you can do this:
for snapping to origin, put these in Translate channels of a transform node:
-$CEX, -$CEY, -$CEZ
for centering the pivot, put positive of those expressions in pivot channels.

Hi
about glow I think its better to setup an emission AOV (Ce) in case of geo lights, and do a glow blur in your composite package. and also for volume lights my way is like this:
create light
create a volume from a geo with iso_offset sop
assign a simple smoke shader
raise volume step size in sampling tab on render tab
and no shadow for light

I think FEM (Finite Element Method) works for you on that thing but maybe I'd do this in Maya with blendshapes or deformers which looks simpler.

I really don't use Z key but when I accidentally press the button Houdini says its to change the pivot of viewport.

I forgot that you should also rotate the tray a little like real life to force the balls to follow. and you should add rotational stiffness to prevent the balls to rotate.

I'm not sure but I think transfer attribute uses point cloud functions internally and Its just a simple method for artists. maybe
